I, Taylor Peters, am the owner and operator of Triton Water Care Inc.
I was fortunate to be introduced to the pool industry at a young age, as my parents, Mark and Paula, owned and operated a pool store in Georgetown, ON. Their commitment to providing the Halton Hills area with high-quality products and personalized service, and the relationships they built with each customer, left a lasting impression on me. From a young age, I admired their dedication, which ignited my own passion for this industry.
In 2009, my parents expanded their vision by founding Triton Pools Inc. At the age of 15, I had the opportunity to begin working in the storefront, where I quickly learned the vital role water care plays in ensuring both safety and comfort for pool users. Over the years, I received extensive training and experience, honing my skills and gaining in-depth knowledge of the industry.
What I enjoy most about my work is the satisfaction of making my customers' pool experiences easier and more enjoyable. I understand that pools and spas can be significant investments that require ongoing care, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. At Triton Water Care, my goal is to continue providing exceptional water analysis, advice, and service to ensure every customer has the best experience possible.
As my parent's transition into retirement I am honoured to continue their legacy. As I take full ownership of Triton, I have made the decision to focus exclusively on what I truly love—water testing and troubleshooting. As a result, I have discontinued the service side of the business while maintaining our storefront, which will continue to offer FREE water testing along with sales of pool and spa chemicals and accessories throughout the year.
